At Carbon Atelier Originals, every product is individually handcrafted and produced with premium materials in limited production runs.

Because of the custom and collectible nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.

Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. NO RETURNS  
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

2. NO REFUNDS  
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

3. NO CANCELLATIONS  
Orders cannot be cancelled once production or packaging has begun.

4. HANDCRAFTED PRODUCT NOTICE  
Minor handmade variations, small alignment differences, texture differences, or finishing differences are natural and do not qualify as product defects.

5. FINAL SALE  
All purchases made on Carbon Atelier are considered final sale.
